Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C. Recognised disabled workers can also apply through a contract.

The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of communication, graphic industries and reprographics.
- Able to set up production copiers and do reprographics work.
- Able to do first-level machine maintenance and manage consumables.
- Good command of office software.
- Organised, methodical, rigorous and a team player.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
