Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person who is not a civil servant can be hired directly, because the entry grade in category C does not require a competition. Contract hiring is also possible for people recognised as disabled workers.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: 2 to 5 years desired in removals, transport or logistics.
The profile they look for:
- Able to use cranes, aerial platforms and forklifts, or willing to be trained.
- Able to read assembly plans and site plans.
- Enjoys teamwork and can organise own work.
- Careful about safety and risk prevention.
- Ideally holds a category B and C driving licence.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Continuous day shift from 7:00 to 14:30, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, plus 15 RTT days.
- Frequent work in the evening, at night, at weekends and on public holidays.
- Carrying heavy loads and working at height.
- Frequent travel around the city.
