Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C.

Diploma: CAP or BEP in cabinetmaking or joinery
Experience: Confirmed experience

- CAP or BEP in cabinetmaking or joinery.
- Car driving licence (category B).
- Good knowledge of wood and wood-based materials.
- Good knowledge of safety rules.
- Able to work in a team and report information.
- Discretion.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- A car driving licence is required.
- Manual handling training and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) are desired.
- Category C job, no management duties.
- Remote work is not possible.
