Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly for this category C grade.

- Skills in social mediation and conflict management.
- Active listening and a suitable professional attitude.
- Ability to analyse situations and work with a partner network.
- Ability to work in an urban and multicultural setting.
- Respect for the framework, rules and procedures.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Work is done in pairs, on foot or with the service vehicle.
- Shifts rotate: daytime, or afternoon and evening, including during school holidays.
- Working time is 37h30 per week, with 25 days of leave and 15 days of RTT.
- Clothing is provided.
