Diploma: State diploma in family mediation (DEMF) or equivalent training
Experience: Experienced; experience supporting families or in social work is a plus

- Skills in mediation and non-violent communication techniques.
- Knowledge of family law and parental authority.
- Ability to run support groups and collective activities.
- Listening, neutrality, impartiality, discretion and respect for confidentiality.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
