Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired, because the entry grade (category C) allows direct recruitment.

The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of internal rules and of the activities offered.
- Knowledge of health and safety rules, with mandatory training.
- Good people skills and a sense of public service, staying calm.
- Ability to work in a team and take initiative in emergencies.
- Professional discretion and duty of confidentiality.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
