Civil servants in the medical doctor grades can apply. A contract worker can also be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: Doctor of medicine degree, with a specialty in paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, child psychiatry or public health, or specific experience in these fields.
Experience: Knowledge of public health is wanted.

- Be a specialist in paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, child psychiatry or public health, or have equivalent experience.
- Know the field of public health.
- Be able to manage a team and motivate teams.
- Know the legal framework and how local government works.
- Use Office 365 and the Horus software.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
