Diploma: Diploma in geriatrics, capacity in gerontology or university diploma for care coordinating doctors

- Knowledge of good practice guidelines from ANESM and HAS
- Ability to talk with GPs, both private and hospital
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Good use of computer tools
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
