- Solid medical and public health knowledge.
- Good command of the health system and medical ethics.
- Strong skills in summarising, analysis, and written and oral communication.
- Ability to set priorities and take initiative, including in emergencies.
- Project management and running meetings.
- Rigour, adaptability and good listening skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
