Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired, because the entry grade is category C.

Diploma: CAP in heavy vehicle mechanics
Experience: Experienced, at least 2 years required

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
