Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Master automotive technology.
- Have office software skills, at a practical level.
- Be able to work in a team.
- Be able to analyse.
- Be able to communicate and speak clearly in person.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's site linked from the official offer, with the completed and signed mobility form. This form is on the Ministry of the Interior website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work is not possible.
- Working time is 38 hours per week, with flexible hours.
- Overtime may be offered if the service needs it.
- Based in Calais, at the Le Gallois de Fougières barracks.
