Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade in category C allows it.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Diploma related to vehicle maintenance and servicing
Experience: Experienced (confirmed level)
The profile they look for:
- Diploma related to vehicle maintenance.
- Heavy goods, super heavy goods and machinery driving licences.
- CACES certificates of all levels.
- Vehicle inspection and diagnosis.
- Knowledge of European vehicle regulations.
- Use of software for stock and fleet management.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 18 (Closes in 49 days)
Apply using the "Apply on the employer's site" button, or email your application to the HR department with the job title in the subject line.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Heavy goods, super heavy goods and machinery driving licences required.
- CACES certificates of all levels required.
- Category C post, no management duties.
- Remote work not possible.
