Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, at an entry-level category C grade.

Diploma: CAP in mechanics or BAC Pro
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of light and heavy vehicle mechanics
- Good command of workshop equipment and tools
- Knowledge of and respect for health and safety rules
- Ability to work in a team
- Independence and sense of organisation
- Category B and C driving licences essential
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
