Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff (contractuels) can apply. A civil servant must attach the opinion of their line manager to the form.

- Speak clearly and confidently orally (expert level).
- Have strong interpersonal skills (expert level).
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 31 (Closes in 63 days)
Apply on the employer's website, using the official offer link. Attach the signed mobility form.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Expected time in the post: 3 years minimum.
- Remote work not possible.
- Category C, RIFSEEP group 2.
- 38 hours per week, 27 days of annual leave and 18 days of RTT (days off).
