Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade of category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Experienced candidate
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of car mechanics and heavy vehicle hydraulics.
- Mastery of all types of welding.
- Skills in bodywork and boilermaking.
- Respect for safety standards and procedures.
- Good team spirit and rigor.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- A heavy goods vehicle licence (permis PL) is desired.
- Knowledge of electronics is a plus.
- Category C, grades of technical assistant and supervisor.
