Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Be comfortable with handling work and physical work.
- Be able to handle barriers, chairs, stages and marquees.
- Be able to read a plan and technical drawings.
- Strictly follow safety rules.
- Driving licence B is essential and CACES 3 is required.
- Be available on weekends, public holidays and at night.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
