Open to civil servants and contract staff. The mobility form must be completed and signed. A civil servant must also have it approved by their line manager.
Category: Category C (staff)

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 31 (Closes in 62 days)
Apply on the employer's website given in the offer. Attach the completed and signed mobility form.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Driving licence category B required; category C would be useful.
- 38 hours per week, 16 days of RTT (time off in lieu).
- Remote work is not possible.
- Workplace: Caserne Hatry, Rouen.
