Open to civil servants (rédacteur grades) and contract staff. A contract worker may be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Higher diploma in economic development, planning, commerce or urban planning, or equivalent experience.
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of how local authorities and EPCIs work.
- Knowledge of commercial economics and town centre revitalisation.
- Ability to lead territorial diagnoses and cross-cutting projects.
- Good contact skills, listening and diplomacy.
- Rigour, organisation and professional discretion.
- Ability to work with elected officials and 33 communes.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
