Diploma: Level 3, equivalent to CAP/BEP. The State diploma of medico-psychological assistant is also listed as required.

- Know HACCP standards and safe handling and posture.
- Be organised and able to adapt.
- Have good relational skills with children and teenagers with difficult backgrounds.
- Have basic Word and Excel skills, and a car driving licence.
