4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- May replace an MNS sports educator when absent.
- Cleaning of premises and equipment is part of the additional duties.
- May be asked to support the ice rink infirmary when needed.
