Civil servants and contract agents can apply. The post is open to the Educateur des APS grade of the Territorial Civil Service.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: BEESAN or BPJEPS AAN
The profile they look for:
- Hold a BEESAN or BPJEPS AAN, with a valid professional card.
- Be up to date with first aid refresher training (PSE1 or PSE2) and the CAEPMNS review.
- Be able to give first aid and resuscitation.
- Know the rules for water activities.
- Be able to teach people of different ages and backgrounds.
- Have a sense of welcome, public service and teamwork.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
