Civil servants and contract workers can apply. The job is open to the grade of Educateur des APS.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
The profile they look for:
- Know and apply the POSS safety plan
- Know the rules for swimming facilities
- Be able to lead and manage groups of all kinds
- Be able to spot and report problems
- Be up to date with CAEPMNS, PSE1 and PSE2 refreshers where needed
- Be physically fit
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 1 (Closes in 2 days)

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Works weekends and evenings
- Leave must be taken during school holidays
- Must cover replacements to keep the service running
- Remote work is not possible
