Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The job is open to the grades of educator of sports activities (éducateur des APS).
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: BEESAN or BPJEPS AAN, with up-to-date refresher training.
The profile they look for:
- BEESAN or BPJEPS AAN diploma, with up-to-date refresher training.
- PSE1 or PSE2 first aid certificate, with annual refresher training.
- Good knowledge of the legal rules for water activities.
- Driving licence category B.
- Sense of public service, good contact with people and teamwork.
- Ability to spot risky behaviour and calm conflicts.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Work in a hot, humid and noisy environment.
- Remote work not possible.
