Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the entry grade is category C (adjoint technique).
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Able to use computer tools (Word, Excel, software)
- Sense of order, organisation and teamwork
- Show initiative and follow instructions
- Mobility and ability to handle loads
- Safe and professional lifting and working postures
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Send the cover letter and CV only by post, to the address given in the official offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
