Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A contract worker may be hired if no civil servant applies. The grade is an entry level in category C, so no competitive exam is needed.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Valid driving licence (permis B) required.
- Knowledge of logistics and stock management.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety (HACCP) is a plus.
- Able to use computer tools for stock tracking.
- Rigorous, organised, punctual and independent.
- Team spirit and a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
