Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. Civil servants from outside the Centre-Val de Loire region must send extra documents.

- Know food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP).
- Be able to manage stock and use computer tools.
- Operate lifting and transport equipment.
- Be rigorous, methodical and quick to react.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Morning shift, about 6:00 to 15:00.
- Hard work: standing for long periods, lifting loads, cold, fast pace.
- About 400 meals a day in the school.
