Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. Recruitment is first by civil service route, otherwise by contract.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP, BEP or Bac Pro in general masonry
The profile they look for:
- CAP, BEP or Bac Pro in general masonry
- Good skill with basic tools and techniques (render, concrete mixer, trowel)
- Knowledge of safety rules and materials
- Rigour, precision and autonomy
- Good physical fitness
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 6 (Closes in 9 days)
Send your handwritten cover letter and CV, with the job reference, by email or by post to the employer. You can also apply on the employer's website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Building on-call duty about 3 to 4 times a year
- Heavy lifting and outdoor work
- Variable hours depending on the sites
- Restaurant card after 6 months of service
