Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A contract worker may be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded. The grades concerned are assistant de conservation.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: BAFA, BPJEPS, DE EJE or toy library training preferred, or otherwise proven knowledge of games and animation
Experience: Expert level. Experience in an organisation or the non-profit sector preferred.
The profile they look for:
- BAFA, BPJEPS, DE EJE or equivalent preferred, otherwise good knowledge of games and animation.
- Good command of animation techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of board games.
- Ability to adapt to varied audiences (ages, cultures, disabilities).
- Good computer skills.
- Great rigour in managing the collection.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Full-time job; remote work not possible.
- Saturday work and events on weekends or evenings.
- Late opening on Tuesdays until 8 pm and Fridays until 10 pm.
