Diploma: Bac+5: master's degree in public law, local public management, public procurement law or public finance.

- Very good knowledge of local authorities, public finance and public procurement.
- Bac+5 in public law, public management, public procurement or public finance.
- Good writing skills and ability to summarise.
- Teaching skills and ability to coordinate several contacts.
- Independent, dynamic, and a good team player.
- Driving licence B and comfortable use of office software.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
