Open to civil servants in the grades of Attaché, Rédacteur or Rédacteur principal. Contract agents can also apply if no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac+5 in public law, public business law, local government law, or an IEP degree with a public service specialisation
Experience: Experienced, at least 5 years in public procurement
The profile they look for:
- Bac+5 in public law or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in public procurement.
- Asset: experience in transport or a technical environment.
- Teamwork and cross-department collaboration.
- Responsiveness, rigour and autonomy.
- Advisory skills and ability to explain clearly.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work possible up to 2 days per week.
- Four possible working schedules (35 h to 40 h), with 25 to 53 days of leave per year.

- Interviews: 9 December 2026 (morning) for civil servants, 18 December 2026 (afternoon) for contract agents.
