Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly for this category C grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP or BEP in horticulture (green spaces)
Experience: Beginner
The profile they look for:
- Training in green spaces, CAP or BEP in horticulture.
- Experience in horticultural practice.
- Good knowledge of plants and biodiversity.
- Public service mindset and teamwork skills.
- Car driving licence (VL) required, heavy vehicle licence (PL) a plus.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- On-call duty possible in case of snow, flood or storm.
- Car driving licence (VL) required, heavy vehicle licence (PL) a plus.
- Category C job.
