Civil servants and contract staff can apply. You do not need to have passed a competitive exam, because the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Experienced candidates.
The profile they look for:
- Driving licence B required, heavy goods licence is a plus.
- Knowledge of plants and of differentiated green space management.
- Able to use and maintain petrol and electric machines.
- CACES certificate for aerial work platforms required.
- Able to work in a team and report problems.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website. You can also email your cover letter and CV to the town's human resources department.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Physical work outdoors, with weather constraints (heat, cold, rain).
- Working time of 38 hours per week, 25 days of leave and 18 RTT days.
- No remote work possible.
- Driving licence B required.
