Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Know thermal and electric mechanical tools.
- Know plants, pruning and differentiated management.
- Follow the safety rules linked to the work.
- Be able to work on your own in all green space tasks.
- Driving licence (permis B) essential.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply online on the town's website, in the job offers section. Include the job reference number in your application.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Category C post, entry grade with no competition needed.
- Work depends on the seasons, and you may help at events (elections, cultural events, festivities).
