Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, because an entry-level category C grade allows direct recruitment.

- Be independent, efficient, rigorous and discreet.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
