Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Higher education at bac+4 or bac+5 level (for a contract agent).
Experience: Work experience in the field is appreciated.
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of general, management and public accounting.
- Very good knowledge of the socio-economic context of La Réunion.
- Knowledge of European and national regulations.
- Skills with IT tools and software used for European funds.
- Knowledge of public procurement and state aid rules.
- Good communication, writing and analysis skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
