Civil servants in the adjoint administratif grades (principal 2nd class, principal 1st class) and competition winners on the aptitude list. Contract staff can also be hired, as the entry grade allows direct recruitment without a competition.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Holder of a grade in the adjoints administratifs territoriaux group, or a competition winner on the aptitude list.
- Basic knowledge of land use law (Code de l'urbanisme, environmental law).
- Knowledge of procedures and deadlines for planning permit applications.
- Ability to read plans and analyse planning documents (SCOT, PLU, PLUi).
- Good interpersonal skills, teaching ability and diplomacy.
- Rigorous, organised, meets deadlines; uses Word, Excel, Outlook and the Cart@ds software.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
