Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because one of the grades offered is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Experience: Experienced candidate.
The profile they look for:
- Know local authorities, the civil service and the legal framework.
- Speak and write clearly.
- Use IT tools well.
- Inform and explain, and manage procedures.
- Respect confidentiality and set priorities.
- Be available, a good listener and professionally careful.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 7 (Closes in 6 days)
Apply on the employer's website, through the official offer page. You also send your CV and cover letter.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work possible.
- Category B (intermediate professional grade).
- No management role.
- If there is no reply within 2 months, the application is not kept.
