Civil servants in the Rédacteur or Technicien grades (and their senior grades) can apply. Contract agents can also apply, because the post is open to both.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
The profile they look for:
- Know planning regulations and how they change.
- Read and analyse plans and regulatory documents.
- Write administrative acts and decisions.
- Use business software (Cartads, GIS, land registry).
- Follow procedures and legal deadlines.
- Work with others and on your own.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 21 (Closes in 50 days)
Click the « Postuler sur le site employeur » button on the official offer on Choisir le Service Public. You will be sent to the employer's website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Category B post (intermediate level).
- The post is vacant from 21/12/2026.
- A contract agent can only be hired while waiting for a civil servant, for one year maximum, renewable up to 2 years.
