Civil servants in technician grades can apply. Contract staff can also apply, because the job is open to contract workers.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
The profile they look for:
- Solid knowledge of planning law, land-use law and pre-emption rights.
- Basic technical knowledge of construction and buildings.
- Good office software skills and ability to read plans.
- Organised, independent and rigorous.
- Good interpersonal skills and a sense of dialogue.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
