The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of housing finance (public aid, financial arrangements, grants).
- Knowledge of building techniques and construction economics.
- Knowledge of building and housing law, especially co-ownership.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
