Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. The job is open to administrative assistant grades, including an entry grade in category C, so a person without a civil service exam can be hired directly.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Flexible hours with clocking in, with three weekly options (35 h, 37.5 h or 39 h)
- Twice-yearly bonus of 815 EUR net, paid in May and November
- Telework possible under conditions for some jobs
- The maximum length of a contract agent's contract is stated differently in different parts of the offer (3 years or 1 year)
