- Technical expertise for complex incidents
- Ability to lead structuring projects
- Proposes ideas to improve services
- Good writing skills for notes and procedures
- Works closely with development teams
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
