- Engineering degree, civil servant engineer or contract staff.
- Strong expertise in buildings and ERP regulations.
- Real estate risk management and follow-up of service providers.
- Ability to coordinate many players and set priorities.
- Sense of responsibility, rigour, analysis and summary skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
