The post is open to permanent civil servants and contract staff. It is reserved for the technical directors corps (or equivalent), or open through secondment from another ministry, except military personnel and gendarmes, who apply through the CNOI.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
