The profile they look for:
- Expert knowledge of building technology and maintenance.
- Expert knowledge of regulatory checks and public building safety rules (ERP).
- Expert knowledge of administrative procedures and property operations.
- Working knowledge of planning and urban rules.
- Ability to write a specification document.
- Public service mindset, rigour and autonomy.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
