Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. You need an engineering, architecture or other scientific or technical diploma of at least five years after the bac.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Master's degree or engineering degree, in computing, information processing or data transmission networks.
The profile they look for:
- Engineering degree or equivalent, at least bac+5.
- Specialty in computing, information processing or networks.
- Knowledge of engineering and information systems.
- Ability to manage staff and lead projects.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
