Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff (contractuels). The role requires a Secret Défense security clearance, to be obtained or renewed.
Category: Category A (executive)
The profile they look for:
- Expert level in IT and office software
- Working knowledge of DISSIP, the method for integrating information systems security into projects
- Working knowledge of information and communication systems (SIC)
- Knowledge of information systems security tools, network protocols and architectures
- Ability to apply regulations and summarise clearly
- Good organisation, oral communication and adaptability
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Secret Défense security clearance to be renewed or obtained through the security officer
- HFD clearance to be obtained through a 5-day specific training
- Must be available and reactive, especially during cyberattacks, with on-call duty
