Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A national defence security clearance must be renewed or obtained.
Category: Category A (executive)
The profile they look for:
- Expert knowledge of office IT tools.
- Good command of the DISSIP approach and of information and communication systems.
- Good command of security tools and regulations.
- Practical knowledge of network protocols and architectures.
- Ability to summarise and to organise your work.
- Good oral skills, people skills and ability to adapt.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Send your CV and cover letter by email to the hiring department, with the single application form. The offer is also published on the official Choisir le Service Public website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work possible.
- Defence security clearance to renew or obtain, and a 5-day HFD training.
- Availability and quick response expected, especially during a cyberattack.
- Job vacant from 1 July 2026.
