Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. Candidates must pass an administrative security check, which determines the final posting.
Category: Category A (executive)
Experience: Confirmed (experienced) level
The profile they look for:
- Expert knowledge of relational databases and information system architecture.
- Advanced SQL (PostgreSQL), Java Spring, Git and REST API skills.
- Strong skills in analysis, writing and project management.
- Good teamwork and clear communication skills.
- Knowledge of UML or C4 architecture (advanced level required).
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Working week of 39 hours, with 25 days of annual leave and 22 RTT days.
- Travel expected within France and overseas territories.
- Working hours may change during exceptional events or operational needs.
- On-call duty or standby may be introduced later, under the rules in force.
