- Experience managing construction and renovation projects.
- Knowledge of fire safety rules and regulatory checks.
- Skill in negotiation and in leading work meetings.
- Ability to write specifications and summary reports.
- Good teamwork, organisation and rigour.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
